Files larger than about 200Mb can be burnt to CD or DVD and sent to our PO Box. We recommend you use an Australia Post Express Post bag which will usually reach us the following morning. Experience has shown that provided you have a fast broadband connection, jobs of less than 200Mb can be successfully uploaded using the upload facility on all our product pages when you submit your job. Large files can also be uploaded using DropBox (www.dropbox.com) or Hightail (www.hightail.com)

When you submit your job, you will receive a job number in an email confirming that you have successfully submitted your job. Please quote that number on the CD/DVD, along with the file name.

Please don’t include any files that are not relevant to the job.
