We live in a neurotic world where stress is accepted as normal. People frantically search for peace in drugs, booze, sex, food or in exotic locations. But peace is not a place or a thing – it’s the person of Jesus! Everything we need for a successful life is ours – Jesus provided it.
We are complete in Him! Peace, Healing, Protection and more are ours – In Christ.
If we don’t deal with stress – stress will deal with us!
“Take time to be still in My Presence. The more hassled you feel, the more you need this sacred space of communion with Me. Breath slowly and deeply. Relax in my holy Presence while My Face shines upon you. This is how you receive My Peace…” (Psalm 46:10).
Instead of stressing trying to attain something that’s already ours, all we have to do is believe!There is a place of REST! “Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it…For we who have believed do enter that rest….”(Hebrew 4:1-3).

Col Stringer is a past President of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (Australia), being the only non US citizen on their International Board. Col also serves on the board of a number of Churches as well as pastoring ministers in several nations.
He has been nominated twice for Australian of the Year and is the author of 40 books with sales in excess of 300,000 copies. In 2004 an American university conferred a doctorate on Col for his research on Australia’s Christian Heritage. He and Jan are powerfully anointed to teach the life changing principles of God’s Word and they spend most of their time speaking at churches and conventions around the world. His unique sense of humour has earned him the affectionate title of ‘Pastor Crocodile Dundee
