What we are not

Kainos Books is not a remote and impersonal service provider that utilises a call centre. Nor are we a highly formalised and mechanical organisation where a strict system dictates what happens in every circumstance.

What we are 

Kainos Books is a small company used to giving personal service. If you call us, then chances are Kay or Andrew will answer the telephone.

If you contact us over the internet, we will respond promptly and answer your questions. Several emails are sent automatically to let you know immediately that your communication has been successful (for instance, your order has gone through, your proof approval has been successfully transmitted). All other messages are typed by human hands.
